1. Project Cancellation

• You may request a project cancellation only before work has started.
• Once the project has begun, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.
• If the project is cancelled before commencement, a partial refund (after deducting administrative charges) may be issued at our discretion.

2. Timeline, Delivery & Approval

• All orders or projects will be processed and delivered according to the estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase.
• Timelines may vary based on project type, customization, and client requirements.
• Orders or projects require client approval for final designs, strategies, or development specifications before production begins.
• Production will start only after your approval is confirmed.
• Once the project or service is approved and work has started, it is non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

• No refund will be provided once design, marketing, or development work has started.
• Payments made for consultations, strategy sessions, or ad campaign setups are non-refundable.
• In cases of duplicate payment or technical error, refunds (if verified) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us at connect@digitalyugam.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern and try to provide the best possible resolution — which may include a service revision but not a cash refund.
